BIO

NV is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Naples Technology Ventures and has 30 years of strategic financial management and capital markets experience. At NTV, Neeraj is responsible for sourcing and leading investments in fintech and enterprise software companies, as well as the day to day operations of the fund. He has been the CFO of four private companies and his investment banking experience includes execution of more than $3B of capital raise transactions and 12 M&A deals in the financial technology and technology services industries.

Prior to joining NTV, he was the CFO of Rose Financial Solutions, a finance as a service company (FaaS) where he partnered with the CEO to drive growth and closed an acquisition within the first 90 days of joining the firm. Neeraj’s CFO experience includes DuckerFrontier, a global market intelligence and consulting firm where he helped triple the revenues of the company through two acquisitions and Rate Reset, a software provider to the banking industry where he developed an ROI model to drive sales.

NV started his career at Standard & Poor’s as an equity analyst where his stock recommendations outperformed the S&P 500 index. He then joined Wheat First Butcher Singer as a sell-side research analyst and was ranked a "Top 20 Stock Picker" by Bloomberg. His investment banking experience includes leading teams in financial technology and technology services at Friedman Billings Ramsey and Signal Hill.

He is currently a board director at Community Capital Technology, a loan marketplace for community financial institutions, and SoftLedger a real-time accounting platform. He is a board observer at Vertalo, an Austin, TX based technology provider to the digital asset ecosystem. NV helped found the DC Tech CFO Network that now has over 150 CFO members and continues to be a steering committee member. Additionally, he was a finalist for the Northern Virginia Technology Councils "CFO of the Year Award” in the emerging growth category in 2019. NV holds an M.B A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.B A. in Economics from Baruch College, CUNY.
